Fall 2013 Season

Members and Prospective Members:  Please see the information below and mark your calendars!

Welcome to the Fall 2013 season of BVS! To deliver the kind of performance our audiences deserve, and to make our weekly rehearsals productive and fun for all, we ask that you give high priority to the dates listed below.

If you know in advance that you will be absent, please enter that information in the notebook provided. In case of an unanticipated absence, please notify someone in your section by phone if possible.

Important reminder: Members who do not return their folders and music at the end of the season for whatever reason, and who have been contacted by the Librarian twice to do so, will be billed for the total value. Use only pencil to lightly mark dynamics and changes in the music.

Rehearsals are held at St. John’s UCC Church, begin at 7:00 PM promptly and last approximately two hours. Please note that rehearsals two weeks prior to performances may run until 10:00 PM.

We will have a holiday social immediately following the Dec. 22nd concert in the social hall at St. John’s. Details will follow. Also, CDs will be available for purchase at $20.00 prior to the concert

Hi all, rehearsal is cancelled tonight due to the poor weather we are having.  See you in a week!

March 12th - Raise the Region

I mentioned at the last rehearsal I would be sending you gentle reminders about the Raise the Region effort. Again, please pass this information along to everyone in your e-mail address book and encourage them to go online to make a donation by credit card. Donations can ONLY be made during this 24 hour period and only by debit or credit card. We could double our donations and really do well for BVS.
